Delete your Iron account

You can permanently delete your Iron account and all training data yourself, at any time, without an active subscription.

How to delete

• Sign in to Iron with the account you want to delete.
• Open Account (or go straight to the account page below).
• Choose “Delete account” and confirm.

What is deleted

Your login, profile, workouts, sets, personal records, bodyweight logs, programs, custom exercises, goals and preferences.

Your subscription

An active web subscription is cancelled as part of the deletion. A subscription bought through an app store is managed by that store: cancel it there as well so you are not charged again. Deleting your account never leaves a hidden renewal running on our side.

What we keep

Only the payment and invoice records we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting. These are no longer linked to your training data.

Keep a copy first

On the account page you can download all your training data before you delete.

Can't sign in?

Email haageswerk@gmail.com from the address you used for Iron and ask us to delete your account. We verify that the request comes from you and confirm by email once it is done.
