This refund policy applies to Iron Pro subscriptions sold by JH-Kickboxing.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Iron Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the payment date — no explanation required.
Every new Iron Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial — 30 days if we approved you for a partner gym campaign, which replaces the 7 days rather than adding to them. A payment method is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged during it. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all.
Unless you cancel first, your subscription automatically becomes paid at the end of your trial (7 days, or 30 days on an approved partner gym campaign), and the first payment (€8.99 monthly or €69.99 yearly) is taken then. It renews automatically each month or year until you cancel.
You can cancel any time from Profile → Membership → Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep full Iron Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and Iron shows the exact end date in your Membership panel.
Our payments and refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund or ask a billing question:
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are also subject to Paddle’s Refund Policy, and nothing here limits statutory consumer rights you may have.
